Journal

New journal entries are labelled with a dot after the time. You can Mark as unread or Mark as read a journal entry in the context menu. You can also use the Mark all as read button.

Double-clicking on an entry in the journal triggers an action:

  • A callback is started immediately in the call journal.

  • The chat is opened in the chat journal.

  • The fax is opened in the fax journal.

Calls

journal_einok = Accepted inbound call

journal_ausok = Successful outbound call

journal_ausnok = Unsuccessful outbound call

journal_einnok = Missed call

journal_calledagain = Accepted recall after missed call

journal_calledbackbyotheragent = Successful callback after missed call

journal_serien = Meeting

journal_aul = Forwarded call

If you cannot reach the desired call partner under the phone number stored in the journal, you can also call Other phone numbers via the context menu. The prerequisite for this is that additional phone numbers are stored in the contact data record.

Other options are available when you move the mouse pointer over a journal entry.

Chats

In the journal Chats a distinction is made between individual chat and group chat. When you open a chat from the journal, all messages that are in the message history are loaded immediately.

Other options are available when you move the mouse pointer over a journal entry.

Fax

fax_2 = Incoming fax

fax_2 = Outgoing fax - sending

fax_ok2 = Outgoing fax - sent successfully

fax_x = Outgoing fax - failed

Search & Filter

Click on lens_journal in the upper right corner to display the search field. Search results are already displayed with the entry. To filter entries, click on ens_journal_filter. The filters can also be used without a search term.
