Call forwarding lets you decide where the call should be forwarded to, whether you use an office phone or a softphone (or both).

Enable call forwarding

  • If you want to define a call forwarding destination, click the umleitung icon.

  • Select for which type of calls the call forwarding should be performed:

    • Call forwarding off

    • All calls to

    • Internal calls to

    • External calls to

    • Do not disturb

  • To activate a predefined call forwarding destination, click on the arrow next to the Enter phone number field. Now select a predefined call forwarding destination.

  • To use a custom call forwarding destination, click in the Enter phone number field and enter a phone number.

  • Click Save. The callers will now be forwarded automatically.

Turn off call forwarding

To turn off active call forwarding, click the arrow next to the umleitung character at the bottom and select Call forwarding off. The call forwarding of your extension will now be removed automatically.

Presence-based call forwarding

You can also assign forwarding destinations to your presence profiles, the corresponding call forwarding will also be activated when presence status changes.
