Hotkeys

• Dial/Search

  Selects a phone number.

• Accept

  Accepts an incoming call.

• Disconnect

  Disconnects an ongoing call.

• Show XPhone

  Opens the XPhone Connect Client in the foreground or background. If however an application is started which uses the same hotkeys, it is positioned over the XPhone Connect hotkey.

• Hold call (Hold/Unhold)

  In an active call, the call partner is put on hold and when the hotkey is pressed again, the call is continued.

• Transfer call without consultation

  When the hotkey is pressed during an active call, the Transfer call without consultation dialog window opens.

• Consultation

  Pressing the hotkey during an active call opens the Transfer call with consultation dialog window.

• Conference from consultation

  If you put a call partner on hold for a consultation call, you can initiate a conference with both call partners by pressing this hotkey.

• Navigate through views

  Switch between views (Contacts view, Appointments view, Journal view, Active conversations) using hotkey.

• TeamDesk available / Not available

  Use the hotkey to switch between the TeamDesk statuses available and not available.

• TeamDesk: in post-processing

  Use the hotkey to switch to the TeamDesk status in post-processing

Hint

The first three hotkeys (Dial/Search, Answer, Disconnect) can be identical, all other hotkeys may only be assigned once.
