My devices

  • Symbol

    Select the appropriate symbol here.

  • Short name

The short name is shown when you select the device.

  • Phone number

Enter the phone number here, e.g. 0170123456789.

Advanced settings

Click Advanced… to open the advanced settings for AnyDevice/Softphone. Depending on the system configuration, you can choose between the following forwarding options:

Call is not accepted

You can specify the number of seconds after which calls are automatically redirected.

Busy

Select this option if calls are to be forwarded immediately when your AnyDevice is busy.

not operational

Select a fall back for the event that a device configured as Softphone Mobile/Desktop (e.g. headset) is not operable.

It is possible to configure separately for internal and external calls whether the call is to be rejected or forwarded to a phone number or voicemail.

Hint

  • The fact that the AnyDevice is busy is only apparent once the call has been triggered by the Client via dialling/picking up. If a call is made directly using the end device, the busy application cannot be identified and call forwarding when busy will not work.

  • The settings applicable for Busy also take effect when the call cannot be transferred in case of an error.

Parallel ringing

If Softphone Mobile or Softphone desktop is selected as the active device and the option Signal incoming calls for softphone in parallel on desktop and in mobile app is set, incoming calls will be signaled in parallel on the client and in the mobile app.
