Activate logging for troubleshooting
- General
General functions of the current client.
- Client-server connection
Connection logging, e.g. of errors during transfer. Following activation, the Client may react more slowly than usual which is why this option should only be activated for a short time at the request of Technical Support.
- Open folder
Opens the directory in which the logs are filed.
- Send log files
The link creates a new e-mail with the installed client (e.g. Outlook) and adds the log files directly packed in a ZIP.
Dashboard
Activate Online logging to make protocol information available via the Dashboard display.
Maintenance
- Re-register Outlook forms
If the New text message or New fax forms do not appear in Outlook, i.e. the buttons do not react, please use this function. If the problem remains, please contact Product Support.
