Transfer (without consultation)

During the phone call:

  1. Click weiterverbinden

  2. In the window that opens, select…

    …a number and press Enter or
    …select a name and click on the green reciever.

The call is immediately transferred (without any possibility of consultation).

Transfer with consultation

  1. Click rueckfrage

  2. In the window that opens, select…

    …a number and press Enter or
    …select a name and click on the green reciever.

The other party is put on hold. Wait until the subscriber has answered the call and consult with him/her. Then click the Transfer button to transfer the call.

If you want to switch between the two call partners, click Swap hold.

Note

For each conversation partner, a separate conversation appears in the navigation view (left). For example, if you want to end a conversation, select the conversation you want to end and click on the red handset. If the conversation partner is not active, this conversation partner will be hold at this moment, you have to click swap hold first and then on the red handset.

Hint

The waiting external caller at the forwarding target access is only displayed for CTI participants whose devices are connected to the same PBX as the forwarding participant’s connection. Participants with AnyDevice/Softphone can not use this action.
