General
Checking the licenses of the required SIP channels:

CTI
Configuration of the XPhone Connect Server
For the connection via the TAPI interface, the corresponding Avaya TAPI driver must be installed on the XPhone Connect server.
System settings > Telephony & Meetings > Telephony > CTI
Click new landline gateway in the table header. The Create new landline gateway dialogue opens:
- PBX type:
Select Microsoft TAPI 2.x (local).
- Name:
Enter a unique name here.
- Dialling parameter:
Select a dialling parameter.
- Deactivated:
Set this flag if this gateway is to be pre-configured but not activated.
System settings > Telephony & Meetings > Telephony > CTI > New Landline gateway
When the configuration is completed, click Save.

There are no further peculiarities. The corresponding Lines and Users must be set up and configured in the XPhone Connect Server.

Configuring the PBX
Create a new SIP trunk and enter the IP address of the XCAPI gateway, automatically port 5060 is used:

Avaya IP Office Server Edition - XCC
The SIP gateway for the AnyDevice and conference service functions is configured completely independently of the SIP gateway for the UM functions.
Configuring the PBX
Create a new SIP trunk and enter the IP address of the XCC gateway, automatically port 5060 is used:
Ports 5060 must also be used on the XCC gateway. Due to the fact that XCAPI also uses port 5060, a separate IP address should be defined on the XPhone Connect server for each connection if both connections are used simultaneously.

SIP Gateway
Configure a new SIP gateway:
System settings > Telephony & Meetings > Telephony > SIP > SIP Gateway Objekt
Select the gateway type Avaya IP Office and assign a name. Now select the dialing parameter you created earlier.
- Connection:
Host name or IP address (local): XPhone Connect server address and defined SIP port (default 5060)
Host name or IP address (gateway): Avaya IP Office address and defined SIP port (default 5060)
- AnyDevice:
Enter the configured number from the Avaya configuration here, e.g.:Call forwarding number: 497
- Conference:
Select a language here and enter the configured number from the Avaya configuration, activate the conference service, e.g.: Dial-in numbers: 498
