CTI

Hint

Watch our video tutorial: Configuration CTI.

Here you can configure the interface between the XPhone Connect Server and the PBX.

  • CSTA connections

e.g. OpenScape Business (CSTA), Alcatel OmniPCX Open/Enterprise (CSTA) etc.

  • Microsoft TAPI 2.x (local)

All PBXs in the list to be connected are connected via TAPI.

Telephony gateway data

Select New landline gateway at the top of the header to create a new PBX node. If you want to edit a PBX node, select one and click Edit.

PBX type:
Under PBX type, determine the interface with the telephone system using the dropdown list.
As soon as you selected a PBX type, entry fields for the connection settings will appear at the bottom. If the telephone system is connected via LAN, enter the Host name or the IP address and the Port.

Hint

If the telephone is connected via TAPI, these fields are not available.

Name:

Select a unique Name for the PBX data record.

Dialling parameter:

Select a Dialling parameter from the dropdown list. The dialling parameter must contain the main numbers that are set up in the telephone system.
