Hint

  • Also update your mobile apps to make the most of the latest XPhone Connect version.

  • Mobile App Version 6, 7 and 8 cannot be operated on XPhone Connect Server Version 9!

  • With Android, only encrypted connections to the XPhone server via SSL/TLS (HTTPS) are possible.

Attention

No expired certificates may be used in the certification chain up to the root certificate (applies in particular to certificates from Let’s Encrypt).

Web application

The web applications (XPhone Connect Mobile, XPhone Analytics, UMSettings, WebMeeting) can be run on the XPhone server, or separately on an outsourced IIS, for example in the DMZ.

From 250 mobile app users, the web applications for the mobile app (XPhoneMobile.MVC and WebClientApi) must be installed on a separate server.
