Client-Log

  1. Open the Configuration in the XPhone Connect Client and go to the Logging area.

  2. Click on the Open folder button and delete any logs that may already exist. To do this, you may have to close XPhone and Outlook or Lotus Notes Client. Leave the log directory open!

  3. Activate the options General and Client-Server Connection under Logging.

  4. Exit XPhone Connect and Outlook or Lotus Notes Client

  5. Start the XPhone Connect Client

  6. Reproduce the behaviour and make a note of exactly what actions were performed.

  7. Now close the XPhone Connect Client again.

Create a ZIP archive from all generated log files and send it to us with your detailed process description.
