Collaboration

This chapter describes the settings you can make for collaboration for a location.

Using this feature

Here you can set if users of the corresponding location/configuration group are permitted to use collaboration. If the collaboration function is required, activate Use this feature.

Screen sharing

If the user can share his screen with other participants, activate the option Use screen sharing.

Web-Meeting

If the user should also be able to invite external participants to the meeting, activate the Use web meeting option. However, this must have been activated globally in the general System settings beforehand.

The resolution for screen sharing of the presenter can be limited to Full HD to limit the necessary bandwidth, enable the Maximum resolution… option.

The header of the web meeting can be left-aligned with a customer’s own logo. To do this, save the logo as a PNG on the server under C:\Program Files\C4B\XPhone Connect Server\Images\WebMeetingCompanyLogo.png .

Requirements for the display:

• Format PNG

• Max. height 38 pixel

• Max. width 180 pixel

• Background is transparent

• Light font/logo (the background strip cannot be changed and is anthracite)

The new logo is used after rebooting the XPhone Connect Server or after deactivating and activating web meetings in the general System settings.
