Greetings

This chapter describes the settings you can make for greetings for a location.

Rules

Hint

The rules are evaluated in order. The system will play back the greeting that meets the specified requirements. If none of the requirements apply, the user’s greeting is played.

  • Activate / deactivate greeting

  • Select greeting

  • AA_Datum_aendern Date

    Select a pre-defined date, create a new one or edit it.

  • AA_Uhrzeit_aendern Time

    Select a pre-defined time, create new one or edit it.

  • AA_Praesenz Presence

    You can set a presence requirement for the greeting. The requirement must be met so that the greeting is considered.

  • AA_Rfnr-Filter_aendern Telephone number

    You can set a presence requirement for the greeting. The requirement must be met so that the greeting is considered.

Greeting of the user

Centrally provided greetings

  • Default greeting of the user

    Please specify first which centrally provided greeting is the default for the user of the location/configuration group. You can play a greeting by clicking Ansage_CFD_Play. A Play greeting dialogue opens; enter a telephone number in the telephone number field, with which you can be reached. To play, click Ansage_CFD_Play again and simply hang up to end the call or click Ansage_CFG_Hang.

  • Offer selection of other greetings

    Please specify which centrally provided greetings the user can use in addition.

  • User can configure his own phone numbers for telephone keys

    Hint

    If a user is newly created, the settings of the default greeting apply (see Greetings). If the box is ticked, the user can assign one of his own numbers. If the administrator deactivates this option, the setting on the server applies again.

Personal greetings for users

  • Number of own recorded greetings: (0-9 greetings)

  • User can configure his own action for telephone button 1
