Testing a user’s voicemail
In the Web Administration, navigate to User management > Location and click on the Users tab at the top.
Select the user whose voicemail you want to test.
Now click at the top on More… > Test Voicemail.
Enter a phone number where you can currently be reached.
You have various setting options to simulate your call and test it depending on date, time, presence status.
Click on
to start the test.
Click on
to end the test or simply hang up.
