Hide user data

It is possible to hide user data in XPhone Connect if, for example, you do not wish to show registered phone numbers (such as mobile and private numbers) in the XPhone Connect Server address book / in the contact card but the user should still have the possibility to select mobile and private numbers for AnyDevice. Please proceed as follows:

1. Create user as standard, please refer to Create user. Fill in the fields to be hidden later.

2. Then go to the XPhone Connect Directory.

3. Open Field allocation diagram for the XPhone Connect Client address book.

4. “Hide” the (un)desirable user data by deleting data field allocation for the data source fields not to be shown in the XPhone Connect Client address book.

5. Save the field allocation diagram.
