Restrictions

• In a central group, the user cannot remove or add contacts. Only the administrator can do this.

• Both individual users and locations/configuration groups can be added. It is recommended that a list does not contain more than 50 entries (users or locations / configuration groups).

• Central groups are updated regularly if, e.g. a new user has been added to a location.

• Once a central group has been made available / updated, it can take some time (depending on the size of the installation) before the individual users receive the central group, in order to conserve performance. Once the Client has been restarted, the central group is however immediately taken from the Server

• A team depicted as a central group in the Clients may contain max. 200 users.
