Requirements

The following requirements must be met for users within a TeamDesk group:

• The XPhone user requires an Office+ license and a TeamDesk license.

• The XPhone user must be configured for AnyDevice (see also Technical requirements).

• Control and status displays of team and hotline are exclusively via the XPhone Connect Client. It is not possible to log on or log off a team member via a system telephone, nor are status displays/displays of the system telephone supported.

Hint

TeamDesk is not enabled in conjunction with the Dynamic line mapping function. TeamDesk requires static AnyDevice lines, which cannot be created if dynamic line mapping is used.
