Graph-API

The Graph API is used to implement client-side calendar synchronization with Office 365.

The configuration also affects:

  • The display of XPhone appointments in the client.

  • Meeting management in XPhone Client

    • The Schedule new meeting in Office 365 button opens the XPhone Meetings invitation email in a new Office 365 email browser window.

    • Already scheduled XPhone meetings can be edited via the XPhone appointments in the client (jump to the Office 365 appointment).

  • Call notes are opened in the Office 365 email browser window.

Hint

Furthermore, the variants server-side calendar synchronization (via MAPI between XPhone Connect Server and Microsoft Exchange) and client-side calendar synchronization (between XPhone Client and Outlook) can be configured and used.
