IFrames

iFrame items can be used to display web content in dashboards that are not hosted in the dashboard web server. The parameterization must be done via the call URL. Make sure that the form factor of the display is possible in the corresponding dashboard windows. Views that are too large will interfere with the display in the clients (e.g. in the conversation window). Example of embedding map snippets with Google maps. The call URL is parameterized as follows:

//maps.google.com/maps?q={Contact.CITY1},{Contact.STREET1},{Contact.COUNTRY1}&output=embed
