Variable names of the data fields
Contact
The content of the contact data fields depends on the data source used. It is influenced by the data field assignment made in the XPhone Connect directory. In addition, there are fields with administrative information that allow conclusions to be drawn about the configuration of the original data source. Not all fields are served by all data sources.

User
The logged-in user is determined by the client appending its e-mail address in the dashboard call. This e-mail address is converted into a contact record by a search in the XPhone Directory. In the dashboard, some of the attributes of the contact record are available as variables.
If the XPhone Server is operated in the “UC server with user administration” mode, the default prioritization of the data sources normally ensures that the logged-on user is identified from the “XPhone user” data source (provided that his e-mail address is correctly maintained in the user data).
