Upgrade#

To upgrade your XPhone software, the MAC address (for older products) or the Hardware ID of the system to be upgraded is required. This is the only way your upgrade license can be correctly assigned to your XPhone system.

  • XPhone Connect upgrade (e.g. from V9 to V10):

    Follow the instructions for Extending licenses.

  • Older C4B products:

    Use the Migration for further steps.
