XPhone Connect Server user

In this chapter, you will learn how to add XPhone Connect Server users as a data source to XPhone Connect Directory.

Configuration

• Open the configuration interface of the XPhone Connect Directory.

• Click on Add data source.

• Select the data source type XPhone Connect Server User.

• Click on Next.

• Follow the steps in the dialog:

1. First configure the Basic settings.

2. XPhone Connect Server user

   • Org. Unit

     Select the organizational unit to which the users you want to add belong.

   • Include subordinate organizational units

     If the organizational units are divided into multiple subfolders, select this check box.

   • Show entries

     Click Show Entries to preview the entries in the selected organizational unit.

3. Configure the Index schedule.

4. Configure the Data access.

5. Configure the Phone number conversion.

6. Configure the Authorisations.

7. Configure the Priority.

8. Configure the Proximity search.

9. Complete the data source configuration with Overview.
