In this step you can make the connection settings from XPhone Connect Directory to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Username and password
Enter here a valid user from Microsoft Dynamics 365 who is also allowed to read the desired data there.

- Discovery service address
Enter the address for Microsoft’s DiscoveryService web service to determine the organization of which the user is a member.
For Europe, for example, this is

Select the organizational unit to which you want to connect.
Entities
Specify in which entities (companies, contacts, leads) XPhone Connect Directory searches for contacts.
Configure the Index schedule.
Configure the Data access.
Configure the Phone number conversion.

Configure the Priority.
Complete the data source configuration with Overview.
Hint
The information of the data source field parentcustomeridname is not correctly transmitted to XPhone Connect Directory, therefore use the field parentcustomerid with the same content for mapping.
