Before you can add a Unify OpenStage 60/80 system device as a client interface to XPhone Connect Directory, the following conditions must be met:
You have prepared your Unify OpenStage 60/80 system device for LDAP access to the LDAP server (set up in such a way that it can send LDAP queries to the LDAP server). For more information, see the documentation on your Unify OpenStage 60/80 system device.
If you are using several Unify OpenStage 60/80 system devices, you have created an OpenStage LDAP template in XPhone Connect Directory. This template is used to allocate the fields of the XPhone Connect Directory diagram to the attributes used by the telephone.
