Siemens HiPath 3000

Add a Unify OpenScape Business PBX as a client interface to XPhone Connect Directory and access your contact data from your telephone.

Requirements

Before you can add XPhone Connect Directory as a client interface to Unify OpenScape Business, the following conditions must be met:

• You have prepared your Unify OpenScape Business PBX for LDAP access.

Configuration

• Open the configuration interface of the XPhone Connect Directory.

• Click on Add client interface.

• Select the client interface type Siemens HiPath 3000.

• Click on the Next button.

• Carry out the steps in the dialog:

1. Configure the Basic settings

2. Configure IP & Port

3. Configure the Authentification

4. Configure Security

5. Configure the Search

6. Configure the Phone number conversion

7. Configure the Restricting the number of hits

8. Configure the Overview
